Arriving in the UK｜When should you land?

For your first trip over: when is the right time to arrive, and is it worth coming early?

Once your visa is granted and your eVisa is set up, you can enter up to one month before your course starts.

  • If term starts in late September, you can usually arrive from early September.
  • You cannot enter on a student visa before the start date printed on it.
