It works both ways
Rooms on offer and rooms wanted both live here. The usual cases: heading home early and needing to pass a tenancy on, looking for someone to share with, or arriving next term and wanting to know who is moving out.
Cities covered so far
Mostly London, with Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and Coventry among the cities where Taiwanese students cluster. Your city not on the list? Post anyway — the board follows wherever members are.
Before you view or pay
Posts are put up by members and are not checked by TUF. Rental fraud is common in the UK, so before any money moves: insist on a video or in-person viewing, confirm the person really is the current tenant or the landlord, never pay a deposit or first rent by a route you cannot claw back (cash, gift cards, crypto), and for a sublet check that the original tenancy allows it and that the landlord or agent knows.
Posting a listing
Log in and use "Post a listing". For a sublet, add photos, the rent, the date it is available and the room type. A wanted post needs no photos — budget, city and dates take two or three minutes. Posts expire after 30 days and can be renewed.
